Water Front Development

          Given that our project site is located near to water, site 3 (300 Coffey street. Brooklyn, NY 11231), we had to do research on water development project in an another state. We were assigned the Baltimore Harbor project, with the intentions of developing the land and make it safer. We studied the history of the harbor and how it was develop to be a tourist attraction This waterfront project was similar to Red hook waterfront, which is mostly industrial use and undeveloped.

         My goal for working with a Boat Museum & Community center is to basically attract more people to the Red hook community and introduce a development that reconnects the neighborhood to the waterfront.
